PRA is involved with the redevelopment of a renowned hotel adjacent to Grand Central Terminal. The project entails the construction of an awe-inspiring 83-story tower, soaring to a height of 1,646 feet, making it a prominent fixture in the skyline. Comprising a total area of 3 million square feet, the tower boasts a diverse mix of uses, including 2.5 million square feet dedicated to office space, 500,000 square feet allocated for a luxurious 500-room hotel, and an additional 10,000 square feet reserved for retail establishments.
