PRA performed cost management services for a major technology, entertainment and broadcasting client’s NYC headquarters. The scope of the projects includes studios, broadcasting spaces, cafeterias, a conference center, offices, executive offices, and amenity spaces. The project entailed significant AV and low voltage scopes of work due to the broadcasting requirements.

PRA’s scope of work included Estimating, Contract Performance Management, GMP Validation, Invoice Validation, Change Order Validation, Monthly Risk Reporting, and Close-Out Administration.
