The project involved the renovation of a historic theater interior and the construction of a 575,000 square foot building. This included the demolition of an existing 47-story tower, creation of a new subcellar space, elevation of the historic theater by 30 feet, erection of a new building structure, renovation of the historic theater, and fit-out for a 660-room hotel.
