PRA performed project controls services on a full building re-stack and amenity upgrade in midtown Manhattan. The scope of work included 11 floors of office fit-outs, a 4th floor upgrade of the client’s Cafeteria, and the build out of a Conference Center and amenity space. The Cafeteria and servery occupied the entire 4th floor and were fully renovated.

PRA’s full scope of services included Process Advisory Services, Estimating, Contract Performance Management, Cost & Schedule Control, Value Engineering and Design Efficiency Sessions, Drawing Review and Comment, Review of Budgets, Proposals, and Change Orders, and Comprehensive Monthly Risk Reporting.
