PRA was selected by a prominent developer to provide comprehensive cost management services for the Terminal 6 expansion at JFK Airport in New York City. This landmark infrastructure development enhances the airport’s capacity for larger aircrafts while elevating the overall passenger experience across more than 1.15 million square feet of space. The project delivers nine widebody aircraft gates, a state-of-the-art ground transportation center, and major roadway enhancements. PRA supported the project by developing construction cost estimates, reviewing subcontractor trade scopes, and reviewing trade bid evaluation and leveling.
