PRA provided project controls services for a Corporate Client to provide amenity and office upgrades on its Westchester Campus. The project’s scope of work included a New Cafeteria supporting the entire campus, upgraded theater, new office spaces, new lobbies, and new amenity upgrades with multipurpose rooms. PRA’s full list of responsibilities included Process Advisory Services, Estimating, Contract Performance Management, Cost & Schedule Control, Value Engineering and Design Efficiency Sessions, Drawing Review and Comment, and Review of Budgets, Proposals, and Change Orders.
