PRA acted as the Client’s BAU Project Manager and was responsible for providing project management and project controls expertise for a Client’s Retail Bank Network. As part of its 80+ project per year scope, PRA was responsible for:

• Managing all of the Retail Bank branch design
• Construction of the design
• Working with client offices in Boston and New York
