PRA performed estimating and cost management support for the conversion of an existing commercial office building into a residential building. During feasibility, several conversion options were explored including both mixed-use option for select floors as well as a full building conversion option. The scope included lobby and amenity spaces, while the existing tower was expected to remain active during the course of the conversion.
