PRA performed project management services for JC Penney’s at its Queens Center Mall location. The project consolidated two floors into a single floor. The scope included the decommissioning of the existing escalators between the floors and infilling the slab openings, construction of a new egress corridor, loading dock separation, and elevator modifications.
