A financial client engaged PRA to provide project controls services for their 230,000 SF headquarters. This was the largest NYC headquarters real estate deal in 2013. PRA helped from lease technical review and negotiations through construction budgeting, contracting strategy and construction administration as the cost and risk manager. Project final cost of $80MM was in-line with PRA initial budget projection.
