PRA is representing a developer on the development of an 850K SF office property located in Long Island City, Queens. The building is a seven-story office and light industrial building. The project is broken out into two components:

• Base Building Infrastructure Upgrade
• Future Tenant Fit-Out

PRA’s is performing project and cost management services for the base building infrastructure upgrade and the turn-key tenant fit-out project.

The projects have begun construction with expected completion in 2020.
