PRA provided estimating and cost management services for the refurbishment and HVAC upgrade of an existing Wealth Management services office, within an 18-Floor Building.

The Scope of Work included the replacement of all Flooring, Wall, and Ceiling finishes, as well as installation of new office furniture throughout; Client Reception Area reconfiguration and upgrade; and Conversion of all existing HVAC Pneumatic Controls into DDC and integration within the BMS.
