PRA provided cost management services for the renovation of (4) floors located at 750 7th Avenue. The total scope of work was about 60k square feet and encompassed office tenant fit-outs and spec suites, inclusive of private offices, open seating, pantries, and conference rooms. PRA provided estimating, bid and award support, and construction administration.
