PRA performed project management services for several floors located at 444 Madison Avenue. The building had renovations planned for several floors including the Lobby Café, 7th, 10th, 14th, 23rd, 37th and 38th floors. PRA provided Bid & Award support and Value Engineering across all of these floors, as well as full project management and construction administration services on the 23rd floor.
