A financial client engaged PRA to provide project controls services for their 230,000 SF headquarters. The project included executive offices, executive dining rooms, executive conference center, trading, cafeteria, general office space, training and a client lobby with spectacular steel and lighting sculptures.
PRA acted as Cost and Risk Manager, helping from lease review and negotiations through construction budgeting, contracting strategy and construction administration. The project’s final cost was in-line with PRA’s initial budget projection. PRA’s full scope of work included Process Advisory Services, Estimating, Contract Performance Management, Cost & Schedule Control, Value Engineering and Design Efficiency Sessions, Drawing Review and Comment, Review of Budgets, Proposals, and Change Orders, Comprehensive Risk Reporting.
