200 Vesey Re-Stack, Lobby Renovation, & BMS Upgrade

PRA performed project management services for several projects within a financial client’s 200 Vesey Street Headquarters. The building re-stack occurred across all floors and involved moving over 3,000 people.

The lobby renovation required extensive coordination between our Client and the Landlord and included new turnstiles, upgraded elevator lobby, upgraded front desk, and new visitor center.

Lastly, the BMS upgrade project consisted of a new BMS backbone, new operator workstations, and new controllers on equipment throughout the building.
