PRA was commissioned by a financial institution to provide cost management services for the renovation of 1585 Broadway. The scope of work encompasses both the base building and interior components. For the base building, the scope included the installation of a new podium façade, podium signage, upgrades to the entry lobby and plaza, enhancements to building terraces, and upgrades to MEP infrastructure. For the interior, the scope included office renovation, trading floor renovations, executive floors, and multiple amenity floors. With our expertise in cost management, PRA was committed to ensuring the successful realization of this comprehensive renovation project.
