PRA provided project management services for a new parking lot and various infrastructure upgrades for a developer’s warehouse facility in the Bronx, NY. The scope of work for the warehouse included Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler, and Fire Alarm upgrades to help Schieve NYC DOB Certification of Occupancy. The scope of work for the parking lot included new pavement, electrical, plumbing and drainage, and light poles.
