PRA was engaged by a prestigious private school to address challenges arising from an impasse in work-progress and payments. Tasked with prioritizing the review of requisitions and outstanding change orders to facilitate subcontractor remobilization, PRA promptly immersed itself in the project. This involved a thorough review of design and construction financial and project documents from consultants and the contractor and included an onsite presence by PRA. Additionally, PRA conducted meticulous analyses of financial tracking documents, workbooks, and logistics.
