PRA had been engaged by a premier private school due to an impasse in work-progress and payments related to communication issues among the project team. PRA was asked to prioritize the review of requisitions and outstanding change orders in order to facilitate subcontractor remobilization. PRA promptly made best efforts to become familiar with the project by reviewing design and construction documents from consultants and the contractor and being present onsite. In addition, PRA was responsible for:

• Strategic/tactical discussions with ownership to unlock the project
• Review of financial tracking documents and workbooks
• Requisition analysis and change order review
• Logistics analyses
