A prestigious private school embarked on an expansion initiative following the acquisition of a residential property in the prestigious Upper East Side of New York City. PRA was brought on board to deliver comprehensive cost management services for the transformation of the residential building into an educational facility, as well as to oversee the installation of an underground connection linking the new building to existing facilities. Additionally, PRA took charge of procurement services, managing the bidding process and awarding the project architect.
