PRA provides PCMO services for multiple Next Gen High-Capacity data centers across the Americas for a major Data Center developer. The PCMO team uses the PRA-developed Project Management and Cost Management software Stepflo® to manage the portfolio.

PRA’s responsibilities include collecting and reporting all project cost information, including commitments, changes, approvals, payments, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and Anticipated Final Costs (AFC). The PRA team ensures that proper commitments are in place before processing changes or invoices and collaborates with project managers and accounts payable to reconcile payment information.

Additionally, the PCMO team is responsible for providing capital planning and high‑level budgeting for new projects which includes hard costs, soft costs, and Owner-furnished equipment. The team also ensures compliance with operational standards and governance processes, advises on contracting strategies—including prefabrication and offsite manufacturing—and offers ad‑hoc support services such as estimating, procurement assistance, change order and invoice validation, and auditing of hard cost payments.
