PRA provided cost management services for a data center repositioning in Lancaster, PA. The project encompassed the repositioning of two separate industrial sites for a masterplan that envisions multiple buildings for data centers focused on artificial intelligence and cloud computing. Project entails mission critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure, scalable data halls, structural reinforcements, interior buildouts, and power upgrade along with sitework to support high density computing equipment. PRA’s scope of services included contract development and management, estimating, bid and award support, and construction administration.
