PRA provided cost management services for a data center conversion in Kenilworth, NJ. The project encompassed the conversion of a 284k SF former lab and manufacturing building into a next-generation data center, inclusive of the construction of two separate 14k SF data halls that both accommodate several GPU Pods and Network Pods. PRA provided estimating, bid and award support, and construction administration.
