A private school developed a new K-12 School in Queens, New York. The K-12 School was over 200,000 GSF and included classrooms, administrative offices, gymnasium, cafeteria, and potential auditorium.

The alternate annex building was over 70,000 GSF and included a gymnasium, lap pool, and other athletic support spaces.

PRA provided full cost management services, including budgeting, procurement support, estimating, construction administration, and closeout support.
