PRA is providing full project management services for a 1.2GW data center buildout in Pennsylvania. The project encompasses a phased delivery of the the power through the construction of six (6) new buildings. PRA was onboarded during the Preconstruction and Early Work phase and is providing support for trade bid and award, value engineering, permitting, design management, scheduling, scope logistics, and equipment procurement strategy.
