PRA provided cost management services for a data center expansion in New Jersey for a major financial client. The project included a full fit-out of the space, chiller replacement, and buildout of a new Generator Yard. PRA’s team members were responsible for collecting and reporting all project cost information, including commitments, changes, approvals, payments, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and Anticipated Final Costs (AFC).
