PRA’s Client was the construction manager of a new 12-story, residential development in Chelsea, Manhattan. The project included high-end condos, underground parking, rooftop pools, multi-floor exterior terraces, and 2nd floor amenities.

PRA’s scope of work included procuring of trades for the construction for the project, developing and issuing RFPs, and bid leveling, analysis, and awarding.
