PRA worked on a seven-story, new build medical office building in East New York. The project included medical offices, pharmacy center, urgent care, and patient beds. PRA’s scope includes performing comprehensive project management, cost control, and risk management services. The full list of responsibilities included Estimating, Process Advisory Services, Contract Performance Management, Cost & Schedule Control, Value Engineering and Design Efficiency Sessions, Drawing Review and Comment, Review of Budgets, Proposals, and Change Orders, and Comprehensive Monthly Risk Reporting.
