PRA performed estimating and project controls services on the renovation of a 250K SF building for a NYC educational institution. The scope of work included Wet and Dry Lab Fit-Out, Support Office and Conference Spaces, Interior Elevator Lobby Fit-Out, New Building MEPS Infrastructure on Roof, Move Atrium Setbacks Out, Escalator Removal and Slab Infill, and New Laboratory Support and Storage Spaces.
