PRA performed cost estimating and advisory services for a potential lab interior renovation for an existing building in Long Island City, NY. The scope included additional MEP/FP infrastructure for the 5th and 6th floors to support a multi-tenant research laboratory program.

In addition to the laboratory tenant program space on floors 5 and 6, program space for central chemical storage and central pH neutralization was also provided at the loading dock area in the basement area. Work was to be performed while an existing tenant occupied the building on the lower floors.
