When Hurricane Sandy hit in 2012, buildings in the financial district’s flood zone were hit the hardest by the storm surge – which sent water pouring into underground electrical and mechanical systems, shutting them down and causing an emergency crisis. PRA was brought in by the Client to work with their team as well as Brookfield Properties to strategize a solution to the crises. The One New York Plaza recovery project was recognized by the NYC construction industry as one of the most successful recovery projects and we are proud to have been a part of this unique project.  PRA assisted in:
