Sopan is a results-driven leader in construction cost management with extensive experience guiding complex, high-value programs across data center, infrastructure, retail, and institutional sectors. He brings a strong foundation from one of New York City’s top construction firms and has since taken on a leadership role at PRA, managing one of the firm’s largest financial accounts and advising ownership and executive stakeholders on capital planning and cost strategy.

As an Account Manager, Sopan leads client relationships at the executive level, oversees estimating and reporting functions, and drives disciplined cost control processes aligned with ownership objectives. He is a trusted advisor to clients, known for translating technical and financial data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making. With a national project portfolio and deep client-side perspective, Sopan consistently delivers value through strong leadership, accountability, and strategic alignment.

Sopan graduated from NJIT with an MS in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
