Sal Mazzeo

Sal leads PRA’s sales and day-to-day operations. An accomplished engineer with construction and design expertise, he gained a deep understanding of effective project processes by working extensively with prominent institutions and construction management companies. At PRA, he combines his technical knowledge and business expertise to drive project success using proven risk-based methodologies.

Sal holds an MBA in business administration from Columbia University, an MS in construction management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a doctoral degree in civil engineering from the University of Palermo.

Elena leads PRA’s administration services. Leveraging over 20 years of construction industry experience through progressive roles as project engineer, site superintendent, estimator, and cost manager at leading construction and management companies, she can quickly identify critical issues and key elements for project success. At PRA, she provides technical support and cost forecasting, reinforcing processes that mitigate project risk.

Elena holds an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University, a BS in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University, and a LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

    Sam is an accomplished professional with expertise in systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk in project delivery. He has been a team member on multiple major projects, solving problems and delivering solutions for core and shell, fit-out, infrastructure, rehabilitation, and greenfield projects. Sam has Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Auburn University.

    From high end executive office buildings to data centers for Fortune 500 firms, Al supports the PRA team with his 30 years of diverse experience building projects globally. Prior to joining PRA, Al Roxo was VP of Construction for LBG Group managing the day to day operations. He has also acted as VP/Global Director of Design & Construction for a major financial firm, guiding the successful outcomes of capital projects worldwide.  Al is a graduate of City College School of Architecture.

    Raj is an assistant manager supporting the PRA cost management team for a major financial institution. His role is to support valuation, strategy, and execution for the client’s corporate and retail projects. Raj has a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and an MS in Construction Management.
